Please review our CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 21-day cancellation period. If we receive less than 21- days notice of a cancellation or reservation change, the deposit is non-refundable. If we receive less than 7-days notice of a cancellation or reservation change, the deposit and balance are non-refundable. If we receive more than 21-days notice, the deposit is refundable minus a $30 handling fee. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the fully reserved stay.
